After a glorious decade of whipped, foamy goodness, it’s time we said goodbye to an Oh Deer Sugar OG: Shower Moose 💔🪦
Back in the early days (like ten years ago), when Oh Deer Sugar was still a newborn fawn of a brand, we named our whipped body wash Shower Moose as a cheeky pun.
Get it? Oh DEER Sugar… Moose… like the animal. 
It was playful, punny and made total sense in our little dessert ✖️ deer universe.
But as our range grew - Buttercream, Soda Pop, Body Drizzle, Shower Jam and so on, our lone “Moose” started to feel like it wandered in from another world..
So now, after years of mousse confusion and moose related questions, it’s only fitting we give this icon a name that reflects the texture it was actually based on all along and the pun it’s always been.
We’ve always been mousse at heart… we just took the scenic route with the spelling (it’s not a crime to love a good pun). Now it’s time to make it official.
Introducing: Shower Mousse
Same luscious, whipped formula you know and love. Just spelled like the dessert, not the deer.
Because while we’ll always love a good pun, we love consistency (and creamy body washes) even more.
Long live the Mousse.
Foamy. Creamy. And finally spelled “right”.
PS while we transition over labels, you might score yourself a rare collector’s edition “Shower Moose” jar. 😉 
Totally the kind of thing Antiques Roadshow will lose their mind over in 2045.
We’re just not about wasting perfectly good labels.. only good puns. 🥲
