Easter Shipping - Easter orders - please allow a few extra days for dispatching. Dispatching will start on 7/3/24 onwards. 


Click & Collect - Closed until further notice. Due to changes at HQ, click and collect will be closed indefinitely with shipping being the only option. 


Shipping -
 Dispatch turnaround time is generally 1-4 business days. Large releases may cause longer lead times.

We only use Australia Post to deliver to all residential and commercial addresses including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers in Australia.
Every order comes with tracking so you can count down the seconds until your deerlicious goodies arrive!

NT, TAS & WA - $14.50
SA, VIC, NSW, ACT - $13.50
NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, ACT - Just $5 When you spend $140

Please check with Aus Post on delivery times or delays in your area. Once orders have left Herd HQ we have no control over delivery times. 

Regular Dispatch: Whilst we aim to send your order same or next day, please allow up to 3 business days for regular orders to be dispatched.

Promo shipping rates unfortunately excludes NT, TAS & WA due to extremely high shipping rates. 

Express Dispatch:  Arrival for express orders is 2-4 business days from dispatched date. (please contact us for pricing and to arrange Express) 

Special Releases and Restocks: Please allow 2-8 business days for special release orders to be dispatched due to a large influx of orders. This includes Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Halloween and other special releases. We cannot guarantee your order will arrived before specific days ie Christmas, mother’s day etc.

Free shipping and shipping rates may vary from state to state without notice.

Your package will always be marked 'Authority to Leave' - please use your tracker ID and the Aus Post App/website to change this or give Aus Post instructions if required, we cannot take any responsibility if your parcel is stolen, lost, misplaced, damaged or there are damaged goods within the package - you will need to follow this up with Australia Post (no compensation will be offered from our end under any circumstances).

If you do not want your order left in a safe place, there are a few things that may assist:

•Aus Post offer free parcel lockers which enable you to have your parcel waiting for you to collect in a safe, locked location. More info here - https://auspost.com.au/receiving/alternative-delivery-addresses/use-a-247-parcel-locker#tasmania

•Leave a sign on your door asking them to take it to the post office (this is not guaranteed this will stop this happening)

•Ensure someone is home to sign for deliveries.
