CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DELAYS, CUT OFFS AND INFORMATION
CUT OFF 11/12/18
During the Christmas/Holiday period shipping may take a little longer than normal. Currently orders are being shipped within 4-6 working days of ordering. Transit times from Australia Post and Sendle are also taking a little longer than normal. To prevent packages from being stolen - ALL orders are sent with 'signature required'. If you are not there to sign for your package, it will be taken to the nearest collection point. Please factor all of this in when ordering.
Christmas cut offs - we suggest ordering all Christmas gifts before the 11th December. This allows for packing time, dispatch time and transit time. Please note if you live in a remote area, we suggest ordering before 5/12/18. We will do our absolute best to ensure all orders are posted as quickly as possible to ensure they have a higher chance of arriving for Christmas but as mentioned above, there are delays so we can not guarantee arrival before Christmas.

Orders are generally packed within 48 workings hours of ordering!
Australia Wide: Our shipping is a flat fee price of $10.50. This allows you to fill your box with allllll the Food For The Skin - donut hold back!
Australia Wide Dispatch Dates: Our warehouse crew dispatch orders everyday - this means you can get your hooves on our delicious Food For The Skin as soon as possible. Please allow 1-3 working days from date of order to dispatch. Please allow up 10 working days from date of order to delivery (depending on your location & Australia Post/Sendle delivery terms). Every order is issued with a unique tracking code which enables you to track your packages every movement. You will receive this code as soon as your package is dispatched.
SIGN UPON DELIVERY Your package will always be marked 'sign on delivery.' If you package is lost in transit, it is up to the customer to follow this up first with the courier, if unsuccessful please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Store Pick Up Simply send us a message of Facebook requesting a store collection and we can organise this for you.
