Herd HQ will be closed from SATURDAY 14.05.22-23.05.22. We are away for our anniversary (yay!) We will be taking orders within this time, but we won't be sending them off until we are back with the team. 

Shipping to anywhere in Australia is FREE for orders over $140 or $10.50 flat fee for an order under $140.

We deliver to all residential and commercial addresses, plus PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers in Australia. 

We only use Australia Post to deliver all packages to ensure that they can be tracked during their journey to you. Aus Post delivery times from QLD are (check the Aus Post website for any delays caused by COVID lockdowns and safety precautions): 

ACT: 3 to 5 business days
NSW: 3 to 5 business days *affected by delays 
VIC: 4 to 6 business days *drastically affected by delays
SA: 5 to 7 business days 
TAS: 5 to 7 business days 
WA: 8 to 10 business days 
NT: 10 to 11 business days 

Aus Post are currently experiencing massive delays due to COVID lockdowns/restrictions. VIC & NSW are drastically affected by this. Please check with Aus Post on delays in your area prior to ordering. Once orders have left Herd HQ we have no control over delivery times. 

Regular Dispatch: Whilst we aim to send your order same or next day, please allow up to 3 business days for regular orders to be dispatched. 

Special Releases and Restocks: Please allow 2-4 business days for special release orders to be dispatched due to a large influx of orders. This includes Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Halloween and other special releases. We cannot guarantee your order will arrived before Mother's Day. 

Express Dispatch:  Arrival for express orders is 2-4 business days from dispatched date. (please contact us for pricing and to arrange Express) *there are delays on delivery due to COVID

The above delivery timeframes are a GUIDE only. The days mentioned are business days - Monday to Friday. For more info, please contact us via Facebook message or check the Aus Post website for current shipping times. We suggest doing this often as there are constant changes due to COVID-19. 

SIGN UPON DELIVERY Your package will always be marked 'sign on delivery' to ensure it arrives directly to you! If you decide to change this to 'Authority to Leave' (this can only be done by you using the Aus Post app where allowed) we cannot take any responsibility if your parcel is stolen, lost, misplaced, damaged or there are damaged goods within the package - you will need to follow this up with Australia Post (no compensation will be offered from our end under any circumstances).

Signature On Delivery: 
Due to COVID, Australia Post are now able to sign on your behalf without permission and are leaving parcels at your door. This is due to COVID and the measures they’re taking to keep staff safe. We have no control over this and unfortunately take no responsibility if the parcel is signed on your behalf from Aus Post and is left at your door and goes missing as the current circumstances with COVID make having Aus Post sign on your behalf almost unavoidable. We always mark all deliveries as signature required but Aus Post are overriding this. Any parcels signed on behalf of Aus Post that go missing will need to be taken up directly with Aus Post.

There are a few things that may assist if you wish to avoid having Aus Post sign on your behalf -

•Aus Post offer free parcel lockers which enable you to have your parcel waiting for you to collect in a safe, locked location. More info here -

•Leave a sign on your door asking them to take it to the post office (this is not guaranteed this will stop this happening)

•Ensure someone is home to sign for deliveries.
