COVID-19 Update: We are currently "unaffected" by COVID-19 and continue to work everyday and send orders daily.
Our dispatch times are 3-5 business days. Aus Post are still delivering, however, have advised there are delays with delivery times due to the influx of deliveries and extra safety precautions. Please allow an additional 5+ working days for deliveries (from Aus Post).
We are lucky to be only a small team of three. We have extra hand sanitizer and are cleaning every thing even more thoroughly than normal. Herd HQ is not and has never been open to the public. All deliveries are left outside. We are prepared, aware and following all rules plus more! Thank you so much for continuing to support us through these trying times. 

Regular Dispatch:
Please allow 3-5 
days for regular orders to be dispatched. Shipping time for regular orders is 3-6 business days. (Current delays apply due to COVID-19) 

Special Releases and Restocks: Please allow 6-7 business days for special release orders to be dispatched due to a large influx of orders. This includes Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Halloween and other special releases. Shipping time for orders is 3-6 business days. Unless otherwise advised by Aus Post. 

Express Dispatch:  Arrival for express orders is 2-4 business days from dispatched date.

SIGN UPON DELIVERY Your package will always be marked 'sign on delivery' to ensure it arrives directly to you! If you decide to change this to 'Authority to Leave' (this can only be done by you using the Aus Post app where allowed) we cannot take any responsibility if your parcel is stolen, lost, misplaced, damaged or there are damaged goods within the package - you will need to follow this up with Australia Post (no compensation will be offered from our end under any circumstances).
