If our Herd aren't satisfied with their Food For The Skin, we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange for faulty or damaged products that were purchased online. Please see below for further details.
Damaged product from postage: If your order arrives damaged from it's journey to you in the post, please take a photo of the product in its packaging immediately and send a Facebook firstname.lastname@example.org along with your invoice number and date of arrival. Failure to raise the issue immediately could result in no offer of refund or exchange.
If you are not happy with your product: If you are not happy with your Food For the Skin please contact us on Facebook messages to discuss the issue. We will then investigate and see what we can offer to ensure that you are never disappointed with an Oh Deer Sugar product again.
Exchange: Due to hygiene reasons, Oh Deer Sugar does not offer exchanges or refunds on products due to simple change of mind.
Scents: Every product contains a scent description. However, if you are purchasing online and are unsure on a scent, please send a message on Facebook for clarification.
Products: Every single product is handcrafted to the HIGHEST standard by two people - Sharni & Nikki. This means that each batch may slightly differ - whether it be the colour, scent, shape, toppings etc. However, every product will be as per the description and 100% perfect - every single time!
Terms and Conditions: We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Our standard returns and exchange policy period is 7 days from date of purchase.
Oh Deer Sugar reserves the right to ask for the product to be returned prior to offering a refund, exchange, credit or discount to ensure the product is faulty and/or damaged. Oh Deer Sugar reserves the right to assess the age and condition of the returned product prior to offering a repair, refund or exchange. If the product does appear to be faulty and/or damaged, Oh Deer Sugar will then offer a refund, exchange, credit or discount including a credit for the return postage cost.
You must always provide proof of purchase (itemised receipts) - no exceptions. We offer electronic and printed copies of receipts with every purchase.
The issue must be raised immediately with Oh Deer Sugar via email or in person. We will not address your issue via public social media posts. You must provide proof of the issue - i.e photos, videos etc.
Being unhappy with a product does not always warrant a refund, credit or exchange.
A discount can be offered instead of a refund or exchange.
Without photos or proof of a purchase, the refund, exchange, credit or discount does not need to be offered.
User error does not warrant a refund, exchange, credit or discount.
All products have use within/by information on the labels. Please ensure you use the products within the recommended time-frame.
If your order is canceled for any reason including but not limited to fraud detection, incorrect shipping information provided etc - you may be charged a restocking and/or cancellation fee - starting at 15% depending on the product.
Ensure products are used correctly, within use by dates and bath is always cleaned before and after using bath bombs etc.
Options will be - refund or exchange or credit or discount offer. Options will never include more than one from the above.
Maximum buy quantities apply when sales are on. We reserve the right to refuse sale/refund an order if we believe you have poor intentions or are going to attempt to re-sell an Oh Deer Sugar product.
You must be 18 to purchase online and be the account/card holder processing the transaction.
ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON- due to quick turn around times, product quantities etc cancelling orders is not possible. This includes all special release boxes as they’re made to order and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Changes CANNOT be made to your order once it has been placed. This includes but not limited to combining orders, adding items, swapping products, changing the shipping address etc.
Mystery Boxes are a product that cannot be changed or altered. The products inside are a mystery and requests cannot be made. Gift Cards are digital. Herd Points are earned a variety of different ways. The most common is by placing an order. Points are earned on the excluding GST and shipping price. Points may be taken away at anytime. You will NOT earn points on gift voucher purchases but will earn them when the voucher is spent. So, if the voucher is a gift, the recipient will receive the points to their account. (Points for the gift certificate purchase may appear in your account but will be manually removed to avoid double up of points/misuse of the rewards system) Points can only be cashed in for discounts to be used online.
Re-deliveries will be at the customers expense. If an attempt to make delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, the package will not be resent until the customer makes contact with us. Re-delivery fees start at $10 and can differ depending on location, package size etc. Any RTS fees charged by Aus Post will be passed onto the customer. These fees start at $10.
SIGN UPON DELIVERY Your package will always be marked 'sign on delivery' to ensure it arrives directly to you! If you decide to change this to 'Authority to Leave' we cannot take any responsibility if your parcel is stolen, lost, misplaced, damaged or there are damaged goods within the package - you will need to follow this up with Australia Post (no compensation will be offered from our end under any circumstances). Due to COVID, Australia Post are now able to sign on your behalf without permission and are leaving parcels at your door. This is due to COVID and the measures they’re taking to keep staff safe. We have no control over this and unfortunately take no responsibility if the parcel is signed on your behalf from Aus Post and is left at your door and goes missing as the current circumstances with COVID make having Aus Post sign on your behalf almost unavoidable. We always mark all deliveries as signature required but Aus Post are overriding this. Any parcels signed on behalf of Aus Post that go missing will need to be taken up directly with Aus Post. There are a few things that may assist if you wish to avoid having Aus Post sign on your behalf -
•Aus Post offer free parcel lockers which enable you to have your parcel waiting for you to collect in a safe, locked location. More info here - https://auspost.com.au/receiving/alternative-delivery-addresses/use-a-247-parcel-locker#tasmania
•Leave a sign on your door asking them to take it to the post office (this is not guaranteed this will stop this happening)
•Ensure someone is home to sign for deliveries.

Dispatch Dates: We dispatch orders daily. Dispatch dates are provided to customers as a guideline only. Orders will be shipped within 3-6 days of the guideline dispatch date. You will receive a confirmation email once orders have been dispatched. For national shipping, allow 5-14 days from date of order to delivery, this may differ depending on Aus Post updates. International Shipping: CURRENTLY ON HOLD! Oh Deer Sugar's products and/or shipping fees do not include import fees/charges and/or taxes. All other fees/charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing your Food for the Skin.
